Let’s do this.
As long time readers and listener of The Torch Report know, I am not one to entertain many of the more wild-eyed, tinfoil hat conspiracies that circulate through certain patriot circles. In fact, when confronted with such crap, I call it out and debunk it, or simply ignore it and cast into the bin of rubbish, psyop narratives.
The first example that comes to mind is the Brunson v. Adams psyop—one that still crops it’s ugly head up from time to time, even now. Like so many of the other BS stories out there, this one is all about instilling false hope. Hopium abounds.
Over the last four years, I’ve encountered various perspectives that are so outrageous, I’m often left scratching my head and wondering how in the hell anyone could possibly believe them. All the talk of Trump being the one who’s really in charge of the military, how the White Hats are working stealthily behind the scenes in a shadow government, the QAnon nonsense, and so on—none of it has ever rung true to me.
There were always direct questions that could easily dismantle these narratives, but people who had bought into them always had an excuse to justify the absurdity of it all. In my mind, this is essentially no different than believing if you strap a bomb on your body and blow up a bunch of innocent people, then you’ll get 40 virgins in heaven.
It just goes to show that people will believe anything.
This is all part of the human condition, and we’d all be wise to keep that in mind. Any one of us can convince ourselves, or be convinced, of damn near anything. Unfortunately, it’s easy to identify when other people have been duped into believing in fairytales, but it’s much more difficult to confront the possibility that we ourselves are suffering from delusions.
All that to say, as I’m sure you are aware, there are plenty of “conspiracies” that have proven to be true (i.e. the sham plan-demic), and even in some of the more absurd stories, there are often a few legitimate facts sprinkled throughout just to give it an air of legitimacy. Through the lens of psychological warfare, such tactics are intended to stir up confusion and uncertainty, turn people against each other, divide and delegitimize any opposition to tyranny, and keep people mentally off balance.
It also serves to heighten suggestibility, as the inherent urge to make sense of the madness and seek answers drives people down carefully fabricated rabbit holes, on an endless quest for truth. Put differently, human nature is being exploited to hijack our curiosity and lead our minds into the maze of our own mental mirage.
AND YET, there are many things happening in the world today, many inconvenient and obscure truths, that even though they may seem utterly outrageous, are nonetheless rooted in objective, verifiable reality. This is why I’ve previously written about the need for believing in impossible things.
If, for example, we reject the notion that there is a “secret cabal” working to undermine the United States, depopulate the planet, and institute a techno-dystopian hell they call Future Earth—all of which sounds so fantastically impossible, the average person cannot be blamed for rejecting it outright—then we cannot confront this evil and organize against it. Does that make sense?
Thus, we must navigate a difficult juxtaposition.
On the one hand, we must remain exceptionally skeptical of the various narratives encountered in the ethos of the online world, and be ready and willing to reject deceptive falsehoods, even if they appear to align with our own predilections.
On the other hand, we must remain intentionally curious, vigilantly verify the veracity of these narratives, and be prepared to accept that sometimes the truth is stranger than fiction, even when the mind would prefer to dismiss the uncomfortable truth.
For example, this is a truth that many would find difficult to accept:
According to the congressional record, the U.S. government has “space based systems using radiation, electromagnetic, psychotronic, sonic, laser, or other energies directed at individual persons or targeted populations for the purpose of information war, mood management, or mind control of such persons or populations”—and they have had, for over twenty years.
That disturbing information was first unearthed in TR 401 - Meat Eaters Must Rise Up, which was scouring government sources to answer the following question:
Could the global cabal be driving all this climate change?
In light of the catastrophic disaster left in the wake of Hurricane Helene, and with another Category 5 storm brewing in the Gulf as we speak, it seems relevant to revisit this question, in light of the unequivocal conclusion:
I received several responses based on that report, indicating that in certain circles this is not only a hot topic, it’s a well-known fact. That led me to dig even deeper.
It’s been known that governments have been geoengineering weather patterns for decades, but I don’t want to get stuck on that now. Suffice it to say that governments have been modifying weather patterns in many different places around the world, including right here at home, for different disturbing reasons such as disrupting the economy and destroying crops. FACT.
It has been known…
It has been known, for over 50 years, that the U.S. government (and other governments around the world) have been able to weaponize weather modification for military purposes. Let that sink in.
Governments can weaponize the weather. FACT.
To further substantiate this fact, consider this short introduction from the United Nation’s 1978 Convention on the Prohibition of Military or Any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques:
“The problem of artificial modification of the environment for military or other hostile purposes was brought to the international agenda in the early 1970s. In July 1974, USA and USSR agreed to hold bilateral discussions on measures to overcome the danger of the use of environmental modification techniques for military purposes and three subsequent rounds of discussions in 1974 and 1975. In August 1975, USA and USSR tabled identical draft texts of a convention at the Conference of the Committee on Disarmament (CCD), where intensive negotiations resulted in a modified text and understandings regarding four articles of this Convention in 1976.”
Thus, the weaponization of weather modification is irrefutable, is it not?
Of course, that was then, and this is now. I’m sure no one is using “artificial modification of the environment for military or other hostile purposes” anymore—but to use these capabilities to save the planet, for the greater good?
There is no doubt that is still on the table.
In 2001, the U.S. Department of Energy called for a $64 million dollar investment to do just that. Feel free to peruse this 390-page government report on GEOENGINEERING: PARTS I, II, AND III, if you’d like to get up to speed on that.
But for today, I’d like to turn our attention to this headline:
World at War with Criminals Controlling Weather
At first glance, sans the preceding preface, one might be inclined to scoff at that headline, right? Is the world really at war with criminals who are controlling the weather, really? That sounds so absolutely ridiculous, who the hell would ever believe it? Surely this must be another one of those famous vast right-wing conspiracies!
Consider the perspective being presented:
“Hurricane Helene is the latest crime the climate engineering cabal put on the people of Georgia, North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee and Florida. The storm was no accident, and neither was its path. …
[T]hese events are being ramped up to even more catastrophic levels. Finally, and thankfully, people are waking up to what is being done to them. More are waking up to the fact that these storms are being steered.
This is patented technology.”
The article goes on to speculate that the storm was intentionally intensified and steered toward strategic lithium and crystal mines in North Carolina.
Others, such as Marjorie Taylor Green—whom some consider to be a crackpot conspiracy theorist—have suggested that this storm may have been weaponized to interfere with the upcoming election by targeting large swaths of rural conservative voters along the eastern seaboard.
Regardless, setting the speculation aside, consider the current circumstance:
What are the chances that a Category 5 hurricane — one that just “exploded” onto the scene, with an “unusual path” that just so happens to be targeting the “especially vulnerable” Tampa Bay area — is intentionally being used to create a state of emergency and mass evacuations less than a month before the election?
While the majority of conservative pundits are mocking the fact that FEMA is out of money, presumably because they’ve squandered millions to buy up the votes of illegal aliens, while reportedly BLOCKING aid to devastated American communities, I’d like to double-down on the speculation that this could be an engineered storm that has been weaponized for election interference.
I know it sounds crazy, but please hear me out.
Consider that the path of this storm targets one of the most pivotal regions, in one of the most pivotal states, that could potentially sway the outcome of the entire election.
From the Tampa Bay Times:
“The Tampa Bay region, which for decades has been a swing region within a swing state, is a toss-up no longer. Now, DeSantis says, it can be penciled into the Republican column.
“Hillsborough (Tampa) is about to flip from D to R, which will mean every county in the Tampa Bay market has a R advantage in this previously ‘swing’ region of the state,” DeSantis wrote on the social platform X.”
The article goes on to explain that as recently as the fall of 2020, Democrats had an advantage of nearly 74,000 active registered voters in the area. Given that the area has since seen a massive shift toward Republicans in recent years, the cabal is probably freaking out, especially since this region could determine the next president:
The Battle For Florida's Latino Voters Could Decide The Entire Election
New poll shows Florida Hispanic voters back Trump over Harris
OUCH.
Clearly, having Hispanic voters in Florida falling for Donald Trump poses a major threat to democracy—at least in the eyes of the Deep State and the global cabal.
Could weaponized weather, engineered emergencies, and mass evacuations be the unexpected October surprise? Perhaps. At this point, anything seems possible.
Another pandemic might be too obvious. Nuclear war might be too destructive. Rigging the election with millions of illegal voters and third-party controlled, vote-flipping machines might not be enough.
But the weaponization of weather?
Surely they’d never see it coming—and surely no one would be crazy enough to suggest it, let alone believe that it was even possible.
Until now. Please share.
And remember, even in the face of weaponized weather, RESIST WE MUST!!
