What a week it’s been. It would be impossible to recap it all, but today I’d like to tie up some loose ends. There are several things that have not been talked about that deserve our proper attention, not the least of which is the 14th Amendment.
You know all about all five sections of the 14th Amendment, right?
Yeah, me neither.
Here’s the short and skinny:
The states ratified the Fourteenth Amendment in 1868, immediately after the Civil War. According to Cornell Law School, the 14th Amendment has been used to litigate many landmark cases in the areas of racial discrimination, reproductive rights, gender discrimination, racial quotas in education, and election recounts.
All of this falls under the umbrella of the “equal protection of the laws” clause, which is the last phrase of the first section. Section 1 of the Fourteenth Amendment reads:
All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. (emphasis added)
So there you have it.
The State shall not deprive you, or me, or any person of life, liberty, or personal property, without due process. Given the perversion of justice these days, this constitutional protection doesn’t provide near as much comfort as it once did.
The State shall also NOT deny anyone equal protection of the laws.
Of course, you and I both know that the State does whatever the hell it wants, because most citizens are simply passive enough to accept the abuse. Moreover, the vast majority of people are quite content to watch other people get abused, which further engrains their fear of being singled out for reprimand.
As in: I’m not going to stick my neck out, look what they did after J6! Look what they just did to Tulsi Gabbard!! Look what they’ve done to Trump!!!
The truth is, there are far too many people, too many great American Patriots, who have been unjustly singled out and abused by the State, to list here. Suffice it to say that, throughout history, the State has had a very poor track record of treating people fairly and upholding equal justice under the law.
As the infamous wisdom of George Orwell stated in Animal Farm:
“All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others.”
This is just common sense.
All of the self-righteous preening about the need for fairness, equity, and equality is rooted in delusion. Life is not fair. Nature does not give a damn about equitable outcomes, and there is no greater myth than the Myth of Equality.
But alas, I digress.
While the first section of the 14th Amendment has been used and abused to twist and distort any semblance of actual justice — by perverting the law to promote the exploitation of children, institutionalizing racism, and forcefully imposing a radically warped worldview upon the unsuspecting public — it’s not actually Section 1 that’s on my mind today.
There are five sections to the 14th, and it’s Section 3 that was recently cited as justification for kicking Trump out of office and starting a civil war, should he be elected in November. This ludicrous suggestion came from the consummate jackass Jamie Raskin (D-Md), who makes the case:
“The [Supreme] court is not going to save us… And the greatest example going on right now before our very eyes is Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment, which they’re just disappearing with a magic wand, as if it doesn’t exist, even though it could not be clearer what it’s stating.”
PAUSE.
Raskin is making it out like the Supreme Court is in dereliction of duty, like they’re not doing their job, like they’ve gone rogue and are violating people’s rights (by overturning Roe v. Wade), which is all part of the progressive plot to undermine the Bench and cast doubt on the legitimacy of the Court.
The reason they have been doing this, is to lay the psychological groundwork to gain public support for stacking the bench and “reforming” the court by purging the justices whose allegiance remains to the Constitution and the American people, not the global cabal. That’s their long term plan.
In the meantime, based on the false premise that the Supreme Court has become illegitimate and is refusing to uphold Section 3 of the 14th Amendment — which disqualifies anyone who’s engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the State — the jackass Raskin makes the party’s intentions perfectly clear:
“…so it’s going to be up to us on January 6, 2025, to tell the rampaging Trump mobs that he’s disqualified.”
Trump rebelled against the state and incited an insurrection, therefore, even if he gets elected, he’s still not allowed to hold office — “so it’s going to be up to us” to tell the “rampaging Trump mobs” that he can’t be President, according to Raskin.
He follows up by saying:
“And then we need bodyguards for everybody, civil war conditions, because these Justices simply do not want to do their job.”
Bill Gates predicted we’d have a hung election and a civil war in September 2022. We’ve talked about this many times before. They’ve been priming the pump. There has been prolific predictive programming. Someone wants this powder keg to blow.
My guess is that many of these “someones” will be gathering in New York in a few weeks, for the Summit of the Future event that’s set to shape “Our Common Future.”
We’ll be keeping tabs on those shysters for sure, but for today I’d like to circle back to the point I was making earlier in the week: AND THEN WHAT?
Really think it through. What does a hung election and a civil war look like to YOU?
Do you imagine yourself marching to the front lines, hiding in the woods, engaging with the enemy, and fighting back against the illegal aliens, cartels, criminals, and jihadi terrorists who are almost certain to be foot-soldiers for the global cabal?
Do you imagine yourself holing up, defending your family, perhaps patrolling a perimeter, being vigilant and prepared to stand your ground?
What happens in your life if a civil war actually does break out?
How about this: What happened in your life on 9/11? What happened on J6?
Do you see where I’m going with this?
In all reality, if a bloody civil war does break out, the impact on you is going to be more psychological than anything else. The media spin and propaganda will be selling you a story, and that story is going to be used to justify tyranny.
There may be isolated pockets of kinetic conflict in certain areas, mostly in the cities and suburbs, but the vast majority of the country will not be ducking bullets.
Think it through.
Consider, for some point of reference, the ongoing conflicts in Ukraine and Gaza.
Ukraine is the largest country in Europe, by far, but it’s still smaller than the state of Texas. They’ve been at war, civil war, the war with Russia, etc., for decades. And yet, people still live, cities and towns are still standing, and the world keeps turning.
Yes, there is death and destruction in some areas, but for the country as a whole, life goes on. Consider the 140 Ukrainian athletes who have been diligently training and are now competing in the Summer Olympics.
Consider that according to the European Parliament, in 2023, during a full year of war, economic growth in Ukraine “surpassed expectations.” In fact, their GDP rose 5.7% in 2023, which is more than double the United States’ meager 2.5% for the same year (you know, the year Biden’s economy was booming).
Think about what that means.
It means that despite the drama, propaganda, and headlines, most of Ukraine must have been functional and productive—more so than the United States—during 2023.
And they were at WAR.
In the Western psyche, the Ukrainians have been getting torn apart by the Russian bear and this smaller-than-Texas sized country has figuratively been getting eaten alive.
And yet, somehow they managed to export billions and billions of dollars of metals, cereals, mineral products, agriculture, and electronic machines. Obviously, that means most people were still going to work, doing their jobs, and getting stuff done.
It paints a different perspective, doesn’t it?
So, imagine the jackass Jamie Raskin and his progressive pals deciding to whip out Section 3 of the 14th Amendment and tell all the “rampaging Trump mobs” that they can’t elect their chosen leader—because to hell with democracy when the Democrats lose—and imagine all the politicians who just stole another election gearing up with bodyguards as America begins its descent into civil war.
Fine. And then what?
HERE’S WHAT:
Though the majority of Americans will undoubtedly be thrown into an emotional tizzy, upended by the chaos playing out across their screens, very, very few will ever find themselves in an actual fire fight. Indeed, that is not the point of the war at all.
It’s difficult to think about, but if there is a civil war, it will be orchestrated political theater, not unlike the daily drama. It will have a beginning, and it will have an end.
In the middle of it all, while the nation is unified by the horror of seeing the USA being torn apart by “extremists” (which is more mental projection than actual reality), emergency powers will be invoked, mandates will be made, and laws will be passed.
Thus, while the few, the proud, and the brave fight in the streets for their freedoms, for our freedoms, and for the freedom of future generations, their liberties will be legally stolen in broad daylight. Ultimately, their patriotism will become the justification for the loss of their rights—and the rights of future generations.
Think about 9/11 and the Patriot Act, and you’ll know what I mean.
It would not surprise me one bit if there are people drafting up the plans for new legislation as we speak—thousands of pages of legalese designed to further strangle the freedoms of American citizens, ready to be signed before the dust even settles.
Coincidently, these new laws are likely to align perfectly with the globalists’ agenda.
But then again, that’s just wild speculation.
What do we know for sure?
Life is good, and it will go on.
Unfortunately, in the modern era, we cannot defend our freedoms by fighting in the streets. Society is too complex. The ruling class is too dispersed and powerful.
Some people, in some places, may have to fight in the streets, to defend themselves, their families, their homes, their businesses, and their communities. Fortunately for most of us, even if a civil war breaks out, that won’t be the case.
The much bigger battle in this war for global control is the long term political strategies being used to steal elections, erode constitutional restraints, and usurp the will of the people. Thus, our freedoms must be defended in the political trenches.
Deeper still, our ideals, our culture and traditions, must be defended through personal engagement and direct interaction. Attend meetings. Talk to people. Have a BBQ and celebrate the little things. Be the light on the hill.
Advocate for the American Dream.
In the long run, it’s the only way we win.
