TR 351 - Media Purge is Death to Democracy
The implications of Tucker Carlson and Dan Bongino both "leaving" Fox News.
I want to get into the political purging at Fox News, but first, let’s start out with a little bit of legal reference, shall we? Here’s the First Amendment:
“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”
That’s the Supreme Law of the Land, isn’t it? Isn’t this the metric by which we are to measure the legality of legislation and government actions? Do you notice how these words, this law, restricts the activities and rights of the government, not the rights of We the People? The Constitution protects our rights from government abuse—at least that’s how it was designed. Obviously, now that the liberals have successfully rebranded it into a “living document” and the average citizen has become overwhelmingly distracted and woefully ignorant of their legal rights under the constitution, the government is running amok.
But here’s the thing: They’re getting away with it.
Why are they getting away with it? Because of the media. If you recall, in TR 350 - The Good, The Bad, The Ugly we learned that more that 7 out of 10 people (71.5%) get their news from the mainstream liberal media—ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC, CNN, etc—with the remaining less than 3 out of 10 people getting their news from the Fox News empire. Let alone the advanced AI Algorithmic Social Interventions that are manipulating “emerging public perceptions” on social media. Taking all of this together, it becomes impossible to deny that the media controls the majority of public perspective.
That’s why they’re getting away with it.
Most people simply aren’t getting the opposing perspectives and information that’s out there. It is a combination of apathy, propaganda, and state-funded censorship. All together, these factors culminate in a level of collective ignorance that is simply astounding. Unfortunately, this astounding level of ignorance is often shrouded with an equally astounding level of arrogance, however unwarranted, which accounts for the seemingly impenetrable set of opinions held by the useful idiots who are no longer capable of critical thinking.
The fact that the media has more or less monopolized public opinion, in concert with state censorship, is perhaps the single greatest threat to “democracy” there is. And yet liberals are crying out for more, demanding that anyone who speaks truth to power or tries to expose the lies be deplatformed, sued in court, or threatened with arrest. This is exactly what has been happening with Matt Taibbi and the Twitter Files, and Seymour Hersh with his bombshell report on the Baltic Sea Bombing.
Mind you, all of this has been happening without so much as a peep of protest from the old-school liberal vanguards of free speech, who used to preen endlessly about the sanctity of the press and the sacred duty of journalists everywhere. Journalistic integrity has clearly been replaced by political agenda. As we’ve discussed and documented, this is all part of the global “activist media strategy” that’s been deployed for at least the last thirty years—“not only to make news, but alter the definition of what is news.”
Now it appears that the media masters have shifted into attack mode, with the Dominion lawsuit forcing Fox News to apologize for telling the truth, and now the “parting of ways” of two of their top-tier personalities. Seeing headlines like this is deeply disturbing to me:
With both Tucker Carlson and Don Bongino out at Fox, there will now be even fewer people who are hearing anything that’s even remotely counter narrative. While I do contend that Fox News is controlled opposition, given that they are part of the Trusted News Initiative, Fox did at least appear to present something that almost resembled news, sometimes. Both Tucker and Bongino did go on the air and question the outcome of the 2020 elections—that’s the real reason they’re both no longer employed. This is political retaliation and bringing Fox News to heel, plain and simple. It reminds me of what happened to One America News.
One America News was ostracized, attacked, and pushed out of the market for telling the truth about the 2020 election. In case you haven’t heard, here are a few headlines:
OAN dropped for being pro-Trump and spreading misinformation about COVID-19 and the 2020 election.
OAN loses appeal in failed $10 million defamation lawsuit filed against MSNBC
Far-Right Channel One America News Officially Dropped by Last Major TV Carrier
Do you see the pattern here? It’s pretty much the exact same thing that’s just happened to Fox. They get scolded for spreading misinformation. They got sued for defamation. They lost. In this case, rather than suffering a “death blow,” the network just got cropped and had to cough up a three-quarters of a billion dollar fine, and lose two of their most profitable talents. The message is clear: fall in line, or else.
Last summer, during the J6 show trials, I warned that the media was re-writing history in real-time, recording their own heavily edited version of the events that transpired that day. I warned that once they had these recorded show trials, there would come a purging of counter narrative information. That is exactly what’s happening here, and by purging these media channels, with the blessings of and at the behest of the state, our entire country just lurched toward totalitarianism.
This is major stuff. This sets the stage for really bad things to happen. Imagine a “hung election and a civil war” that only played out on state controlled media. Imagine the next Catastrophic Contagion requiring people to lock down or get rounded up for forced quarantine playing out across state controlled media. Imagine far-right wing extremists and militias raising hell and threatening democracy, and how that might play out through the state controlled media.
The possibilities are endless.
At this point, the sharks smell blood in the water. There is already another corrupt voting software company, Smartmatic, who’s looking to sue Fox for even more than Dominion—and force them to apologize again for telling the truth about the 2020 election. The public is being told that Fox News must “retract their lies” in order to be a media establishment in good standing. The lefties who have long festered with hatred for their arch-nemesis are no doubt relishing the moment. Damn fools.
Liberals who cheer the take down of OAN and the top pundits at Fox fail to see the bigger picture. They fail to realize that one day they too will become the target of state censorship, the instant they step out of line. They fail to see how this is a gross violation of freedom—freedom of personal expression and freedom of the press—and how this empowers state tyranny. They fail to see the totalitarian take over that seeks to snuff out any and all forms of opposition.
So blind are they, they fail to see the death of democracy.
Let me ask you a question:
What would we really know if there was actually a media black out?
According to Matt Taibbi—the reporter who was recently threatened with arrest for presenting evidence that Democrats colluded with the Deepstate to interfere with the 2020 election—we are in fact in a full media black out. In his own words:
“An all-time media blackout is in effect. We’re experiencing real-time Sovietization.”
Alarmingly, but not surprisingly, this “all-time media blackout” is being orchestrated and perpetrated, at least partially, by a group of 50+ former intelligence officials—aka deepstate players—who have jointly coordinated state censorship efforts in cahoots with private media organizations. Such is the threat of public-private partnerships.
We peasants barely stand a chance. Our only hope is to band together and tell everyone we know: “The commies are taking over the world!”
(The CCP is making deals in Minnesota today, just FYI.)
If you want to know what the future of American media looks like, look no further than the Chinese Communist Party. Not only are they the role model for the world, but what’s happening in America today is taking a play straight out of their book.
