Like I was saying…
In yesterday’s report about how starving children are being used to advance the globalists’ depopulation agenda—which sounds crazy, I know—there was a brief foray into the psychology of sympathy and how it is being used to control people.
Beyond making people feel like “good humans,” sympathy makes people feel morally superior and can become emotionally addicting. I pointed to the woke brigade of useful idiots and social justice warriors as an in-your-face example:
“These well-meaning morons have been taught to create injustice in their minds, which stimulates sympathy and fuels their sense of moral superiority. It’s a head trip, but in their emotionally charged world, the injustice is real.”
Today, as if by some remarkable cosmic coincidence, we find this:
NYT & Bloomberg Bury Rutgers Study Showing DEI Makes People Hostile
Zerohedge sums it up nicely:
Corporate media outlets have buried, downplayed, or otherwise shelved a new study which reveals that "diversity, equity, and inclusion" (DEI) policies cause people to become 'hostile' - essentially seeing racism where none exists.
The new study from the Network Contagion Research Institute (NCRI) and Rutgers University found that people exposed to DEI talking points about race, religion and gender form intergroup hostility and authoritarian attitudes towards others.
It’s fascinating that public indoctrination, via DEI policies, is driving “intergroup hostility” and “authoritarian attitudes,” but it’s not at all surprising. The group that conducted the study was so shocked by the outcome, they nearly tripled the sample size and ran it again, only to reconfirm the same results.
Participants who were fed the DEI narrative became increasingly hostile and wanted to “punish the offenders,” who, by design, had literally done nothing wrong. There was not even a whiff of racism in the study, except the DEI.
The conclusion is compelling:
“[DEI indoctrinated participants] were more likely to want to harm people who did nothing, due to their own imaginations.”
I suppose this might be considered the dark side of sympathy. The minions have been trained to imagine injustice, and in response, they want to harm people and punish the offenders with an authoritarian fist. Scary.
Of course, being the curious and skeptical peasant that I am, I couldn’t help but feel like this is not by accident. I suspect the powers that be, who are pushing DEI globally, have known damn-good-and-well that DEI would drive intergroup hostility. In fact, I suspect that the programs have been deployed for exactly that purpose.
In other words, those pushing the woke agenda are intentionally aggravating a bunch of indoctrinated punks, cultivating “authoritarian attitudes” and priming them to be hostile against anyone who denies their delusions. What could possibly go wrong?
Sleuthing out my suspicion, I ran a quick search and was shock at the top results:
Not only were the top results government-funded studies into the connection between empathy, sympathy, and aggression, but right there in front of me was exactly what I had suspected: The Dialectic Between Empathy and Violence: An Opportunity…
I’ve intentionally dropped the last few words of that title to emphasize a few points:
Any time the word “dialectic” pops up, think Marxism.
Exploiting the dialectic between empathy and violence provides Marxists with an opportunity.
Marxists, who are largely behind DEI, Black Lives Matter, etc., are then positioned to provoke open hostilities and drive their Cultural Revolution.
It’s all there in black and white—mind the pun.
We’ve covered dialectics as it relates to the current culture war in prior reports:
TR 333 covers how the Hegelian Dialectic has directly shaped Americans’ perspectives for decades, and links this directly to Deep State shenanigans (the Family Jewels, MKULTRA, etc.), as well as to the global cabal’s eugenics agenda, UNESCO, and—surprise, surprise—the United Nations’ Food & Agriculture Organization.
Those who have been with me on this learning journey may recall that the FAO also serves to “help the emergence of a single world culture,” by controlling the food supply in order to create behavioral change—which is precisely what I was getting at yesterday, regarding how the globalists are using starving children to achieve this.
Also in that report is the friendly reminder that “global education” is rooted in the “delicate task” of developing dissatisfaction—and those are their words, not mine.
If you are unfamiliar with all of this, there is much to learn. However, for today I’d like to drill down on the intentionally exploited connection between sympathy and anger. We know that it’s been heavily studied, and we know that it’s being heavily exploited, but how exactly are people’s minds being hijacked by DEI, and more importantly, what in the hell can we do about it?
The science of how it all works is immensely complex, but drawing from the Royal Society’s investigation into the connection between these two emotions, we find a fairly straightforward explanation. After noting how anger can be elicited by “unfair resource allocations,” prompting retaliation and punishment, they spell it out:
As communicative displays, demonstrations of anger are governed by display rules; the child is socialized so that they learn when it is appropriate to display the emotion. Some social circumstances permit the display of anger, while others do not.
Emphasis added.
DEI policies are “socializing” people of all ages, teaching them that it is okay to display anger and become hostile toward the perceived oppressors.
Many studies have linked empathy and sympathy to “prosocial” behavior—which I read as “pro socialist” behavior—while other studies have shown how these emotions can also fuel “emotional contagion.”
You put the lime in the coconut and shake it all up… and voilà!
Welcome to American campuses today.
Pouring through the literature to better wrap my head around how this is happening, I was astounded at how nuanced and thorough the understanding of emotional interplay actually is. My mind leaps toward the possibilities unleashed by feeding this knowledge to super-intelligent machines, which can then deploy this science via Algorithmic Social Interventions to drive “pro socialist” behavioral change.
It’s all happening as we speak, but alas, I’ll try to stay on topic.
When I stumbled upon this chart, everything fell into place:
In a simple and yet profound display, the aggression-compassion continuum demonstrates exactly why DEI is driving hostility and aggression. DEI is instilling mental constructs of cognitive and emotional opposition to perceived injustices.
This moves an individual or group’s emotions from apathy to antipathy, animosity, and hostility, which inevitably and eventually will lead to emotional outbursts of anger.
To the naive and uninitiated mind, there is apathy about these “critical” issues. They didn’t realize that America was founded by a bunch of racist capitalist pigs who intentionally established a system to oppress women and minorities so they could enrich themselves and spread their imperialistic white supremacy around the world.
If you don’t know, you don’t care… but once you do know, once you’ve been awakened to this injustice courtesy of some bullshit DEI class, well then, antipathy and animosity are sure to follow. The woke do not like the great white oppressors, and they strongly dislike the capitalist pigs who are destroying the planet.
This intense dislike (of an erroneous idea) naturally leads to the desire to oppose the imperialistic white supremacists who are using their system of oppression to keep the colored-folx mired in their inequitable state of misery. Something must be done, thinks the woke mind, which becomes filled with unhinged hostility and aggression.
Indoctrinated thoughts lead to indoctrinated feelings, which then leads to indoctrinated behavior—all of which is completely detached from reality.
That said, it is critical to realize that the proponents of Critical Race Theory, DEI, and the rest of the woke nonsense understand exactly how this works. These militant Marxists have weaponized the process to advance their ongoing efforts to “destroy all aspects of existing society,” per the Communist Manifesto.
And again, it cannot be overemphasized, these same strategies and mindsets have already been programmed into the algorithms that are increasingly impacting society as a whole. The woke mind virus is very much digital, and that is a major problem.
Think about how much time the average person is plugged into their screen, checking their social media feeds, scanning the news, watching videos, or whatever.
Understand that the algorithms have been specifically programmed to exploit loopholes in human psychology, and drive prosocial behavioral change.
The more time spent plugged in, the greater the degree of change in one’s mind, emotions, and behavior. Worldviews are changed without notice.
This is happening on a global scale.
Worse yet, with the expanding digitization of society comes ever greater degrees of disconnect from the natural world, as well as less and less direct interaction with other human beings. More and more people are becoming increasingly isolated, dwelling more in the digital world than in the real world.
The boundaries of reality become increasingly blurred.
Imaginations run wild, projecting prolific injustices.
People become hostile because they believe the world is a hostile place, and a growing percentage become compelled to burn the whole place down. Authoritarian attitudes take charge, demanding compliance and the eradication of dissent.
History has seen it all before.
Don’t underestimate the degree to which people have been indoctrinated, and don’t think for a second they won’t act on their emotions. They have been primed for a time such as this, and even though the political theater seems to indicate a peaceful transition of power is officially underway, I highly doubt we’ve seen the full force of the cognitive and emotional opposition to Making America Great Again.
Hostile indoctrination is not so easily undone.
RESIST WE MUST!!
PS: I hope you all have a very wonderful Thanksgiving!
