TR 589 - "China Builds AI Chatbot to Control Thoughts and Actions of Citizens"

No, I didn't just make that up... that one comes from the Drudge Report.

It’s odd.

For whatever reason, whenever I write about weaponized AI and intelligent machines being used to enslave and control the whole of humanity, far fewer people seem interested than when I write about something like Trump’s legal drama, radical environmentalists, the invasion of illegal aliens, or Russia! Russia! Russia! and the never-ending threat of nuclear war.

Nevertheless, I persist in my stubborn attempts to push an issue that in my mind supersedes the political circus and geopolitical chaos by several orders of magnitude. It can be somewhat lonely out on the bleeding edge of rational consideration, as I’m sure you know, which is perhaps why my heart leapt when I saw this headline today:

China builds Xi AI chatbot to control thoughts and actions of citizens...

Beyond the fact that the globalists have long been lauding the Chinese Communist Party as the “role model” for the world, is this not exactly what I’ve been harping on?

Lifting the principle of the matter out of the propaganda, we see that governments are using AI to control the thoughts and actions of citizens. That’s no major revelation for the present audience, but consider the fact that millions of people may be reading that headline and considering the implications of AI being used by governments for the purpose of thought control for the very first time.

Of course, the propaganda being what it is, this is all being mentally associated with the enemies of America, with the Evil Russia Tyrant who is now “actively arming” the aggressive commies who are threatening the very existence of the endangered, vulnerable, democratic ally—who happens to be insanely profitable, producing the majority of the computer chips fueling the AI revolution, and very much in need of America’s full military backing to ensure they maintain their “independence.”

The twists and tucks in that short barrage of Deep State narrative are impressive. Chipmakers can flip the “kill switch” in case of an invasion, eh? It makes one ponder the possibility that such a “kill switch” might get flipped any ‘ol time that seemed necessary or opportune to the powers that be, doesn’t it?

How about the line “vows the blood of independent forces?” What does that conjure up? Is this not a threat of government forces vowing to spill the blood of rebels? Of course, that’s only something that our enemies would do—because America’s government is “pure as the wind-driven snow.”

But let’s not lose sight of the fact that Drudge is acknowledging AI is being used for the purpose of thought control, in order to control the actions of citizens. It goes without saying, but still must be said, that this technical capacity is being deployed at scale, by governments all around the globe. Keep that in mind.

Something else these headlines reminded me of, was the headline out in the Washington Times last summer about China’s new “neurostrike” weapons. Snagging the screenshot from TR 403 - Neurostrike Brain Weapons Go Mainstream:

I think the similarities between these stories and the sense of “I was just saying that!” are enough to warrant a brief excerpt from TR 403:

Let me just start out with a brief victory lap here, as it was quite refreshing—and only a little disturbing—to see China leading the world with “brain neurostrike weapons” on the front page of the Washington Times this morning.

Thus, the last two reports on psychotronics, psychic warfare, and transforming human consciousness (TR 401 & TR 402) now have their loose counterpart in the mainstream media. The article opens up with this:

“China’s People’s Liberation Army is developing high-technology weapons designed to disrupt brain functions and influence government leaders or entire populations, according to a report by three open-source intelligence analysts.

The weapons can be used to directly attack or control brains using microwave or other directed energy weapons in handheld guns or larger weapons firing electromagnetic beams, adding that the danger of China’s brain warfare weapons prior to or during a conflict is no longer theoretical.”

So there you have it, brain warfare weapons are no longer theoretical. They can disrupt brain function and influence government leaders or entire populations.

Of course, if you’ve been following along with me this week, you already know all of that. This article in the Washington Times goes on to say that neurostrike capabilities are part of “standard military capabilities” and “should not be viewed as an unconventional weapon limited to use in extreme circumstance.”

Today, we can add to that list of standard military capabilities the use of weaponized AI for the purpose of thought control and behavioral change. And, in the very same way, because this has now been baptized by the big dogs, such notions should no longer be considered extreme or conspiratorial.

Thus, while the viewers at Fox are getting treated to groundbreaking political analysis asking whether the Trump trials just might be politically motivated, it feels safe to move on to the bigger picture problems.

Just don’t overlook the fact that this is where a lot of people are at right now:

As a matter of fact, in a similar vein, during the Q&A session after a training in Virginia, there was a Navy officer who challenged me with the following question:

“Luke, I’m tracking on everything you said about the Deep State and all that, but I’m not tracking on the whole attack on the grid thing. Are you suggesting there’s going to be an EMP or something like that? Because I just don’t buy it.”

Fortunately, and for the record, I was not talking about an EMP—Electro Magnetic Pulse—taking down the grid. I acknowledged that there are plenty of people who are concerned about the possibility that a nuke could be detonated in the atmosphere, thereby killing all electronic devices, plunging perhaps an entire continent into darkness, and kicking off a mass extinction event from nuclear fallout and the desecration of crops—but personally, I don’t see that happening either.

Why would they cause so much damage to otherwise valuable resources, and render so much land more or less uninhabitable and useless, when in reality they can just use their spiffy new “neurostrike” or space-based weapons systems to perpetrate mind control on the unsuspecting masses, effectively convincing them to surrender their liberties, accept taxation without representation, and subjugate themselves to the all-powerful, all-knowing, authoritarian state?

Also for the record, I did not push back on the officer with these facts—clearly he wasn’t ready to dig into the congressional record and learn these things for himself.

Instead, I gave a nod to the improbability of an EMP (it’s good to be a rational skeptic), and then made the case that we need to have a lot of grace right now. We need to understand that a lot of people have been under a lot of stress for a long time, due to intense and sustained psychological warfare (which I did say), and as a result of all of this, there are plenty of people across the political spectrum who have come to accept and believe some pretty outrageous things.

Yes, many (if not most) “conspiracies” have proven to be true. Yes, there is more going on than meets the eye. And yes, there are some completely outrageous things that are in fact happening, in actual, factual reality—but NO, all of the stories are not true.

There is no shortage of crackpot, batshit crazy narratives out there, again, on BOTH sides of the aisle. The worst thing any of us can do is assume even for a second that we are somehow immune to deception or above believing in things that simply aren’t true.

Such self-deception is the worst deception of all.

Hence, the need to muster some grace for our fellow human beings. Wrapping up the answer, I made the point that even though people may believe different things—and some people believe in some really crazy shit—that doesn’t mean we are not on the same team. In reality, these people get to vote too, right?

As long as we’re aligned on voting for the constitutional principles of limited government and an individual’s right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, I’m willing to give a little grace, smile and nod, and keep on keeping on.

In other words, I can suspend my ego’s need to be right or prove someone else wrong, because winning in the political trenches (aka winning hearts and minds) is absolutely critical if we intend to stop the onslaught of the insidious globalist Agenda 2030.

Does that make sense?

With the ruling class now wielding weaponized AI to hijack the minds of the masses, very effectively sensitizing and radicalizing them against anyone who stands in opposition to the state, it would be exceedingly shortsighted to think we stand any chance whatsoever if we insist on only fighting alongside people we agree with 100%—that is, if we misperceive our allies to be only those who believe exactly as we do.

The war we are in is much bigger than that, and the stakes are much higher.

Given that the Art of War was written more than 2,400 years ago, and that its brilliant military strategies are very much at play in global power struggles today, I think we’d be wise to consider these words in light of recent revelations:

“In the practical art of war, the best thing of all is to take the enemy’s country whole and intact; to shatter and destroy it is not so good.

So, too, it is better to recapture an army entire than to destroy it, to capture a regiment, a detachment or a company entire than to destroy it.

Hence to fight and conquer in all your battles is not supreme excellence; supreme excellence consists in breaking the enemy’s resistance without fighting.”

What better way to capture our country whole and intact than to break Americans’ will to resist? Better yet, why not capture their thoughts and convince them that there is really no point in resisting, because there really is nothing worth resisting?

Now you know why I like to say, each and every day: RESIST WE MUST!!

Resistance is the spice of life. Have you got your swag yet?
