TR 526 - The "Crisis of Governability" and the Weaponizing of Trust

Taking a closer look at how the ruling class is seducing the public with lies.

Buckle up.

Before continuing our conversation about how the global elites are weaponizing trust to enslave humanity, there’s an interesting twist I want to share with you.

While researching for today’s report, I was digging into what the WHO and the UN were doing while the WEF is having its shindig in Davos. The Journal of the United Nations had several curiously timed entries on the “accession” of a small island nation off the west coast of Africa, São Tomé and Príncipe.

I had never heard of this tiny island nation before, and a quick search churned up the CIA Fact Book in the first three results, which always gets my wheels turning. Why is the CIA tracking this tiny African island nation, and why, pray tell, did the CIA happen to update their Fact Book on São Tomé and Príncipe just last week?

As you might imagine, this got my mental wheels turning even quicker and my curiosity shifted into high gear. Britannica was the second top search result, and their write-up indicated that São Tomé has been “under the tutelage of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank since the mid-1980s.”

Now that’s fascinating.

Global bankers have been helping this island nation for over 40 years.

Let’s put this into perspective:

Geographically, the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe comprise a meager 964 square kilometers of land mass. That’s roughly one-third the size of Rhode Island, the smallest state in the union, or roughly one-half the size of the island of Maui.

Now, you might assume that the deep pockets and expert prowess of the IMF and World Bank would have these islands humming right along, maximizing quality of life for the citizens and operating the economy at peak capacity, correct?

Unfortunately, though not surprisingly, this tiny nation of African island dwellers, who have been “under the tutelage” of the world’s richest and most powerful organizations for over 40 years, happens to be one of the poorest nations on earth.

It’s quite shocking if you think about it.

For all the international interests, and the stupendous amount of financial aid coming from the IMF and the World Bank, one would think these islanders would be living pretty high on the hog—not scraping the bottom of the barrel.

Comparing the population of São Tomé — a mere 220,000 people — to the amount of international aid that has been poured into this country, something didn’t add up. It was stunning to learn this tiny island nation is home to over 20 UN agencies. Even more bizarre was discovering the Santomeans have worked closely with the U.S. Navy since 2008, to establish a new state-of-the-art surveillance system designed to collect data for a “global database to track ships all across the world.”

Fascinating.

In fact, the U.S. State Department established its “excellent” relationship with São Tomé and Príncipe in 1976. Today, the U.S. promotes the narrative that our countries “share a commitment to democracy and good governance.” Yeah, I bet they do.

Learning that this tiny island was crawling with globalists and Deep State agents who were using state-of-the-art surveillance to build a “global database” was surprising enough, but the most interesting twist came when I discovered the U.S. government broadcasts its “Voice of America” propaganda from a transmitter in São Tomé, blanketing much of the African continent. (The VOA charter was signed into law by President Gerald Ford, in 1976.)

According to the government’s own website, Voice of America news provides “cultural programming” through all vectors of modern media:

Do you see what’s going on here?

I suggest reading those two little words literally: “cultural programming.” Cultural programming implies that the government is actually programming targeted cultures with the sort of “embedded social consciousness” we were learning about in TR 402 - The Transformation of Human Consciousness—and there is a science to all of this.

Understanding the globalists have been researching “Worldview Transformation and the Development of Social Consciousness” for over a decade, we can connect the dots from the São Tomé transmitter to the psychological manipulation of the entire African continent. That, I believe, explains their “excellent” relationship with the U.S. deep state, the IMF, World Bank, and the 20+ organs of the United Nations.

And yet the locals remain among the poorest on the planet. Hmmm…

Something’s up.

I submit for your consideration, the possibility that what the globalists have done in São Tomé and Príncipe, they have also done in many other places around the world—that there is a template of sorts, a certain method of infiltrating and capturing a nation’s political system to impoverish the locals and exploit the territory for its natural resources, for the purpose of geopolitical advantage and economic gain.

Seems like a plausible hypothesis, doesn’t it?

Here’s how this systematic takeover actually works:

  1. Global banksters fund a “fight for democracy” and install “democratic” leaders.

  2. Freshly installed leaders then abdicate their authority and resources to the global cabal, under the banner of “reconstruction” and “building back better.”

  3. Treaties are signed, economic protocols are implemented, the result is a massive transfer of wealth from the local peasants to the ruling class.

Rinse and repeat.

Right now, the UN is rallying global support and seeking international financial assistance to “strengthen democracy” in São Tomé and Príncipe—because 40 years of “tutelage” and funding hasn’t managed to do the trick. Sound familiar?

Let’s zoom out.

Yesterday I came across an article titled: The Republican revolt against democracy, explained in 13 charts. It’s probably worthy of a full dissection, but for the sake of time, let me just sum up their outrageous claims with a few direct quotes:

  • “Today’s Republicans really hate Democrats — and democracy”

  • “Trump’s supporters have embraced anti-democratic ideas”

  • “Republicans are embracing violence”

  • “Republicans see Democrats as something worse than mere rivals”

  • “The Republican Party is a global outlier — and not in a good way”

  • “Republicans dislike compromise”

The list goes on, but this all ties back to Davos. To get there, get a load of this:

“The hostility to compromise on the GOP side has at least two major implications for democracy. First, it has rendered government dysfunctional and ineffective — and consequently has decreased public trust in government. Second, it has pushed Democrats in a more polarized direction.”

Do you think that GOP hostility has rendered the political establishment dysfunctional and decreased public trust in government? Me neither.

Of course, plenty of useful idiots do believe the GOP is hostile and responsible for decreasing the public’s trust in government. Good sense and truth be damned.

What I want to hone in on, is the underlying assumption that “trust in government” is a good thing. Do you see how slyly they’ve slipped that idea into the public psyche? Trust in the government is good. Losing trust in the government is bad. That is the mindset that is being promoted here, just as it is in Davos.

Interestingly enough, the article above cited a research paper from 2013, Finding the Common Good in an Era of Dysfunctional Governance. Reading from the abstract:

“The framers designed a constitutional system in which the government would play a vigorous role in securing the liberty and well-being of a large and diverse population. … America in recent years has struggled to adhere to each of these principles, leading to a crisis of governability and legitimacy.”

**This is the fourth time the word “adhere” has cropped up in just the last week.

According to this paper, America is struggling to “adhere” to a “constitutional system” wherein the government plays a “vigorous role” in securing the well-being of our diverse population. Pause.

I assure you that is NOT what our constitutional system was designed to do!

America was founded as a country of ruggedly independent individuals who were free to embrace life and liberty WITHOUT the government playing a “vigorous role” in their lives. In other words, this research into finding the “common good” in an era of “dysfunctional governance” is little more than rancid anti-American propaganda.

These arrogant collectivists believe that a separation-of-powers governing system makes it extremely difficult for majorities to act.Imagine that.

TRANSLATION: the Constitution protects Americans from the tyranny of mob rule.

The fools have the audacity to go on and say:

The Republican Party has become a radical insurgency – ideologically extreme, scornful of facts and compromise, and dismissive of the legitimacy of its political opposition. Securing the common good in the face of these developments will require structural changes … and strategically focused citizenry.”

There are so many things we could break down in that ludicrously misleading statement, but let’s skip over to Davos and wrap this up with a peek into the WEF’s Global Risks Report 2024.

Given the “ideologically extreme” nature of the Republican’s “radical insurgency,” securing the common good clearly requires censoring any ideologically extreme claims these radical republicans may make—and that will be done with weaponized AI. They are passing legislation for this all around the world as we speak.

What will be the impact?

Please note the trajectory of misinformation over the rest of the decade:

Can you guess why the risk of “misinformation and disinformation” is expected to drop below globally hyped environmental concerns over the next ten years?

It’s because weaponized AI will be used to condition humanity to trust the ruling class, to trust The Science, to trust The Experts, and to trust The Government. Keeping people “safe” online implies that state-funded censorship is a good thing, because the government exists solely to protect people and keep people safe.

Misinformation won’t be an issue when the government controls what you read.

This is also how they plan to deal with societal polarization, interstate conflict, and cyber insecurity, by using weaponized AI to control your perspective. As their chart clearly shows, this is how they plan to fixate everyone on the planet on the so-called climate crisis and fully take control. That’s how AI-powered propaganda works.

Once everything is in place, they can simply erase any trace of opposition.

To be continued…
