We need to pay attention to the Israel thing, but not always in the biblical sense of things. Don't turn our heads so far that we lose sight of what the cabal is doing.

If Jihad is called, it will most likely put some other things on the back burner a bit until things stabilize. Do I think the cabal will pause while this and possible Jihad is going on? They may pause...but it won't be for very long.

They've been fighting over there since the dawn of man...let them figure it out, we need to tend to our own, but we know that isn't going to happen. So together we must care for each other...problem is, still so much selfishness going around. You know...everyone has the answer...ugh.

In the biblical sens of things, I look at the long game...there will be no world peace ever. We can put out spot fires here and there, but total peace is not to be.

Prepare we must..and resist we must...for the long term. Sitting back and waiting for God to sort things out...well he's sorting things out, in his own time, not ours. Our understanding is not his.

Vengeance is mine saith the Lord...but as we well know in the Bible...sometimes he subcontracts.

Steve, I agree. I've really been chewing on this (obviously), and wrestling with the implications. The conflict in Israel will have an impact on Americans -- but only because they want it to. Without the TV and internet, people would be none the wiser, and no one would really give a damn about what was happening in the sandbox. That's my opinion.

As for the prophecy element, I love to study it, but I'm so sick and tired of people hyping it up like it's going to be tomorrow. I remember end of last year I had several people telling me it was going to be October, then November -- spitting out specific dates as if they actually knew -- and I'd just smile and nod and say, "well, maybe."

The point I was trying to get at today is that we have very real work to do if we want to save our country, and I for one am sure as hell NOT going to just give in and give up, believing that God is going to save us, or our country. Maybe, maybe not. Every generation has had it's preachers claiming all the signs had been met, that the rapture was coming... and yet here we are. When people actually believe such things, it renders them useless. They get so hopped up on hopium, they refuse to engage the enemy and fight for what's right in the moment.

Prepare. Resist. Fight. As you said, this is what we must do -- and take care of our own, looking out for each other, and build strong communities. I like the idea of God subcontracting... many are called but few are chosen. At the very least, these are exciting times to be alive!

Back in 1987 or a bit before a book came out titled 88 Reasons Christ will return in 1988. The main basis was because of a scripture in the Bible which I'll paraphrase...two generations after Israel returns... etc.

People figured a generation was 20 years, Israel raised its flag in 1948...soooo

People bought it, sold their homes, possessions etc.

People's brains are so broken. They are desperate for a way out? Naive?

Do I think this Israel thing could have an impact on us...possibly. Look at the possibility of sending troops, armaments etc , and as you pointed out we're already low. Then there's the economy, other countries response, protests or worse here.

Bottom line...add this to the list of what we're already watching.

The covid debacle brought about mass buying of groceries...firearms and ammo flew off the shelves...unfortunately this tends to be a normal reaction...and the media,or as you say...the TV isn't helping...no, it's fueling the hysteria.
