Top down; crushing force used to control masses,trial runs in China, and other countries with the Covid.
The saving grace I think is
This has been happening since the beginning of human history, those with power want to keep power. This is much easier to do with a small population but with a large pop. It’s like herding cats, it just doesn’t work very well.
We do this to ourselves and will hopefully in our “spring” we will have learned a little bit more and taken another step in human evolution.
But until then, always use the 7 Ps.
