A DA does same, are they arrested?? Is a law enforcement entity that defends the Constitution then required to enforce SC rulings?? And that is in the jurisdiction of (pause for effect) The United States of America??!! Well yes. Is the answer but we have been taught that everything is someone else’s jurisdiction.
