Friends, fellow patriots, I apologize for being a little clunky and out of sorts the last few weeks. Whereas I had previously been spending 4-6 hours per day researching and writing the impeccable reports you’ve come to love, the logistics of life have necessitated that I restructure my schedule dramatically, and I’m still ironing out the wrinkles. More details in the video.
Those in the local area may know I’ve been doing the daily news on four different radio stations in the Columbia River Gorge—in a hat tip to those who’ve come before me, I’m here to tell you it’s a hell of a lot of work!
The beauty of it all, is that I get to speak directly to people living in multiple counties, in two different states. Not only that, but I have the great honor of attending all the local meetings and reporting on local happenings—all of which implies a certain degree of discretion is what is and is not delivered as news.
In simplest terms, it’s a fantastic opportunity to influence the local conversation.
So, regarding the Torch Report, today I tried uploading the video to Rumble, only to later learn that Substack does not allow Rumble videos to be embedded on their platform. The learning curve feels mighty steep at the moment, I’m not gonna lie.
The issue I’m up against is not a lack of thought, or mental output, but an inability to get it all out, processed, packaged, and posted in a timely manner. As mentioned in the video, this (along with schedule changes) requires some serious contemplation.
How am I going to make this work?
The answer: through sheer effort and determination!
By mustering the American Spirit and a “can do” attitude, I intend to get all of this streamlined into a well-oiled machine of political commentary, both on-air, and on Substack, Rumble, and whatever other channel doesn’t censor me and I manage to master. Right now, I’m still in transition. As always, I’m open to suggestions.
In the video I mentioned posting the links to all the articles that caught me eye for the day, but right now I’m all out of time. It’s my kid’s birthday, and I’ve got more important things to do… never lose sight of the little things!
