Ep. 194 - We're Going to Get Through This
Putting a positive spin on the dismal reality that is affecting all of our lives.
Life is good.
Have you got a hug today? Have you felt the sunshine on your skin? Have you taken a breath of fresh air? Little things like this make life worth living, and by extension, it’s the little things that can help us reset perspective and balance stress in hard times.
There is much in the news that I’ve simply been ignoring because it doesn’t intrude upon these higher principles and priorities in life. Instead of talking about the endless war in Ukraine, the raid on Mar-a-Lago, or the petty polling that seeks to shape public opinion ahead of the midterms, I’ve tried to stay focused on the global cabal.
Why? Because the coordinated global effort to enslave humanity is very evil and very real. The orchestrated chaos is intended to inflict pain and accelerate the transformation of life as we know it—the culmination of which will radically alter and reduce our ability to live as free human beings on planet Earth. This will affect us all.
It will challenge our ability to feed our families. It will limit our ability to see our loved ones. It will stifle our ability to express our perspectives. It will restrict our ability to make personal decisions. It will diminish our ability to enjoy our lives.
Why? Because the cabal wants total control, centralized global control, through which they alone determine what we can and cannot have, where we can and cannot go, what we can and cannot do or say, and how we can and cannot live our lives. This trampling of personal freedom and individual liberties is the travesty of our time, and future generations, our children and grandchildren, will never understand what it means to be free if We The People fall to the schemes of the global cabal.
But we will get through this.
Economies will collapse and countries will implode. Tyrants will try to impose their will by force. Politicians will prey upon the masses. Useful idiots will cheer them on.
But we will get through this.
It’s not going to be easy. It’s not going to be pretty. It’s going to get messy. Making a stand will likely be the biggest challenge any one of us has ever faced. We may suffer persecution, lose livelihoods, sacrifice comfort, and have to lay our lives on the line… But we will get through this.
Just as seasons change, as tides ebb and flow, so too can each of us know that this too shall pass. Insanity will subside. Chaos will settle. Life will find a new rhythm. Things will be different, no doubt, but life itself will be good. We will have adjusted—and we will have grown wiser and stronger in the process.
Hard times make strong people…
Strong people make good times…
Good times make soft people…
Soft people make hard times…
Which makes now a time to be strong.
But where does our strength come from? How do we maintain strength and resilience even in the hardest of times? Once again, it’s the little things: Faith. Hope. Love. Holding onto an unshakable belief that evil will fail and good will prevail—because the hand of Providence is a present force, regardless of how things appear.
We’re in this together.
Humanity as a whole is under assault. Evildoers are doing evil things, intentionally inflicting harm and imposing their will by force. They prey upon the weak and helpless, the young and witless, useful idiots and the unsuspecting alike. They crave power and control over other people. It’s a natural negative impulse that has manifest in a small percentage of the population since the dawn of time.
There are evil people—but there are many more good people to keep them in check.
I believe that humanity as a whole is good. We are hardwired to connect, collaborate, and care for the people around us. I also believe that life is fundamentally good, because all we have to do is eat, sleep, and procreate in order to survive. Working together, sharing experience, authentic and intimate connections—this is all enjoyable—and therefore life is good, regardless of circumstance.
That’s the bigger picture and it would be wise to keep this in mind.
You may have noticed that I’ve not brought God into the conversation. I’ve not talked about prophecy, God’s will, wrath, or judgement, or other religious considerations. To some it might seem like a conspicuous omission, but consider that my approach appeals directly to the logic and good sense of the average person. It’s been said that we can know truth when we hear it—we can sense it. Are my words true?
I believe just like politics, religion can be used as a tool to divide people. You may recall from Ep. 180 - Friends in the Fight for Freedom, I believe we must be willing to stand alongside people with different beliefs if we are to win this fight for the future of humanity. Faith without works is dead, therefore I cannot stand idly by and base my hope on prophecy. No one knows the hour or the day, therefore I cannot assume there’s no time or reason left to fight—and fight we must, together.
From Friends in the Fight for Freedom:
If you know Christ as your Lord and Savior, would you fight alongside an agnostic who was willing to defend your faith, your family, and your community? Would this not open the door to share testimony and discuss your faith?
If you are a non-believer and skeptical of faith, would you fight alongside a God-fearing Christian who was willing to lay down their life to protect your freedom? Wouldn’t this common cause drastically outweigh any difference in beliefs?
The point is this: We are facing a very well organized enemy who is determined to destroy the American way of life. In order to stand against this common enemy, patriots of all stripes and colors must set aside differences in faith and unite on the principles and beliefs we share and would all be willing to fight and die for.
Remember, there is more that unites us than divides us!
United We Stand!
Like many, I believe there is a revival afoot. For many, these challenging times will lead to a “come to Jesus” moment. For others it will be a more personalized spiritual experience, connecting with God in their hearts in their own time and their own way.
Still others may not understand the spiritual expressions of their fellow patriots, but nevertheless stand alongside them and fight to the death for the future of humanity.
As uncomfortable as it can be, I believe it’s critical to grasp the diversity of our allies in the liberty movement. I believe it is essential to accept that sharing a belief in freedom and human dignity does not require a religious affiliation.
I believe we are experiencing a revival of the American Spirit.
We are witnessing a re-awakening of American ideals, the re-birth of live and let live, the reconciliation of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. As people from all walks of life pull together, there is a grace and acceptance of personal differences. In the fight to protect our children, in the fight for what’s right, in the fight for the future of humanity, our focus is united by the freedom that we all desire.
We want freedom from tyranny. We want to breathe free air. We want to travel freely to be with our family and friends. We want to be free to choose what we eat, what we wear, and where we go. We want to be free to disagree, to speak our minds, to think for ourselves and find our own path forward. We want to be free to live our lives and embrace it as free human beings!
“Give me liberty or give me death!”
That is the battle cry of the American Spirit. It was once the defining spirit of our nation, and if we live with this fire in our hearts we will be the torch in troubling times shining light on the road ahead, leading our country forward toward a future that’s free and full of the dreams that define us.
We will get through this—and we’ll do it by standing together!
