Spot on. They use children, cuddly toys, old people, sex, you name it to elicit 'sympathy' for their cause whether it's ads on TV or the poor refugees sinking in their boats, and off the unthinking emotionally driven trot, like clockwork.
Woe betide we all start to realise it's the very people putting out all this claptrap that are the very people instigating it all in the first place, eg. the un.
Talk about anything you want, israel, ukraine, elections, weather, nukes, blame anyone you want, point the finger wherever you want but NEVER EVER talk about the bankers and their criminal genocidal ponzi scheme that is at the root of it all.
Luke, I believe the starving rhetoric is exaggerated when you see the amount of overweight people and kids. Or go to the grocery store and see people with a cart full and using three different public assistance cards to pay for it. Or take a look at the people coming across the border doesn't look like they have been starving it might be true in some countries but There are all kinds of ways to get food in this country.
I agree Del, and I do believe it is intentionally exaggerated to push the agenda. There are innumerable programs available to help people in need, and those programs, while potentially needed in some cases, are often exploited by people looking for a handout -- and then in exchange, these same people generally vote to keep the gravy train coming!
